Please help with feedback,

I need some help deciding on the last and most important piece of my build, the graphics card. Here is the list of components in my build:

Intel 6700k

Corsair H100i GTX

ASUS Maximus VIII Impact

Corsair Dominator Platinum ddr4 2666 16gb(2x8)

Samsung 850 EVO 250gb

Western Digital Scorpio Black 750gb

Corsair AX860i

CaseLabs Nova X2M

Corsair sp120 Quiet edition x2

Corsair af120 Quiet Edition x3

Asus VG248QE 1080p 144hz monitor

With my components list stated this is primarily a gaming rig and not a workstation. I want to max out any title at 1080p at 60fps+. The games that I mainly play are demanding titles like the Witcher 3, Fallout 4 and Tomb Raider. The two cards that I am deciding between are the ASUS 980 Matrix and the ASUS 980 TI Matrix. Please help me with deciding between these two cards.

If your only playing at 1080p, a 970 would be more than enough, but if you are considering a 980 or 980ti, then you are going pretty overkill unless you plan on going to 1440p in the future or something.

980Ti offers better value for money than a 980 but an R9 Fury is also a better bang for the buck than a GTX 980, if you want to save some money, the Fury is a great card.

Your build is not balanced though, a very expensive power supply, a 6700k (which isn't worth it, 5820k is better), and the Dominator Paytinum RAM is also a waste of money... You can get more, for less actually, but that might not what you're looking for.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT 16GB GDDR6 Motherboard: MSI PRESTIGE X570 CREATION
AIO: Corsair H150i Pro RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 32GB 3600MHz DDR4 Case: Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic PSU: Corsair RM850x White
