Samba Error

I run into this error when I try and change/set password for samba. "machine 127.0.0.1 rejected the password change: Error was : NT_STATUS_RPC_PROCNUM_OUT_OF_RANGE." I have searched the forums (here and else where and have yet to find a solution. I am running ubuntu server 15.04 with the unity gui (which sucks btw) Any help would be great.
