Hey guys, 

 

Current PC:

ThermalTake 450W PSU
Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H 1155 Socket Motherboard

1155 Socket i7 3770 CPU
GTX 660 2GB

New parts:
ThermalTake 650W Toughpower Gold
Corsair Vengeance CML16GX3M2A1600C10 16GB (2X8GB) DDR3

GTX 960 4GB

 

Just wondering if I will have to upgrade the Motherboard and/or CPU?
