intel hd 4000 code 12

i have changed my laptops dead hardrive with another one from an old laptop (which was an amd)

al my drivers are installed.

 

windows 7 home premium 64 bit

 

hp 450 g0

i3-3120m

intel hd 4000

4gb ram

 

how can i fix this?

 

and since it is the living room laptop(where my sisters plays games with) it wont run sims 4 and minecraft 

they both say i need to update te driver but i did that already (minecraft pixelrate)
