Mouse static when moving mouse

There is an annoying static whenever I move my mouse can someone please help me!!!

4790k

msi gaming 5 motherboard

define r5

corsair vengeance ram 

thermal tek 750 watt power supply

You might want to elaborate what you mean by "static" here. Is the cursor jittery? Because when I read the topic, I thought you meant that the mouse wasn't moving; that it was static.

 

And yes, 99% of mouse issues are about the mouse itself. Mice aren't magical, flawless devices. There are better and worse mice, just like there are better and worse cameras.

I have a corsair m65 rgb

I've been having this issue with my RAT 7 MMO, Im not sure whats causing this issue but seems like the sensor might be broken
