Best 27" monitor gaming and watching videos for less then 350 CAD$

Hi, Im looking for a monitor with really good picture quality and good for gaming possibly with g-sync. I watch a lot of videos and play games,

 

also its almost 2016 is 4k worth it now or is the "there is no content in 4k " argument still valid if soo Im ok with going up to 600 CAD$
