Drupal's issue tracker sucks; perhaps you guys can help

So I'm working on a website with Drupal. Randomly, for no apparent reason, I get this error whenever I go onto the modules page:

Fatal error: Class 'WorkflowFeaturesController' not found in /homepages/9/#####/htdocs/newsite/sites/all/modules/entity/entity.features.inc on line 16

I reported the problem on the issue tracker for Entity API last week, and no one has responded to my issue. Currently, my site is unusable due to this bug.

 

I have no idea where to start - any ideas on how to fix this?
