GTA V PS4

Have got a PS4 and a 32inch 1080p TV.

 

GTA V looks very sharp and grainy, but other games like BO3 look fine. However, on YouTube clips from PS4 it looks a lot better.

 

Is this because of my TV?

Meant that he should watch the clips on his TV, will fix it

Try to adjust the quallity of picture on your tv. Play with the options until you get the best picture. Also which mark is your tv?Sony, Samsung, etc?

It might also be because of video editing magic, find some raw PS4 GTAV footage and use the TV to compare

Its an F&H TV. Just plugged it in our Sony 2015 TV, and it looks a lot better, smooth and sharp and no grainy ness. So looks like I need a new TV

That is your problem. That is really old tv, with bad colors, and in general low quality one. Just buy new tv.

Yes, I will. I have just got a monitor for my PC, the BenQ Gaming 24inch one. Reckon that would be better for the time being?

Probably much better than what the F&H TV could ever do. Just looked up the F&H brand name on Google and it just sounds like a chinese rip-off brand to me.
