Google Drive and Images Question

Mundlier
Go to solution Solved by DebatED Nothing,

When you drag a photo from where? If you mean from a website or from a google image search then no, none of that is stored locally unless you chose to make the document available offline.

So I was wondering when I drag a photo from images onto google slides, does something download onto my computer? Or is it just saved on the cloud or something. Just wondering, don't wanna catch any viruses  :)
