So, I went to MicroCenter's chat support, and after 2 hours, the representative didn't type one thing. So a few days later (today), I tweet at them and not long after, a response! Their twitter handle is so chill, too! Just a little story and a tip, if you want to contact MicroCenter, do it through Twitter. I didn't try calling them, but that's just because I like typing rather than verbally speaking to representatives and being put on hold for an hour, just like chat support.

I don't know where your Micro Center is located, but the service at mine is great. Their price matching is lackluster, but the rest is great. I can call and get a representative from the appropriate department in less than 5 minutes.

I have never called, but I was just guessing what it'd be like. But the chat support still sucks.
