thats for mac, which ports thing strangely

youll need an active adapter, sorry

displayport adapts cheaply to all other standards, at my parents' company they have all DP graphics cards in the office computers with adapters like these to vga.

no, you'll need a digital to analogue converter.

the problem with the "for mac" stuff, is that companies like to slap that on products with a white casing to make iSheep think its superior to other products, whine in a lot of cases its not even on par with cheap garbage.
