Problems with SupremeFX and external amp.

So i got a Yamaha Amp and decoder for home cinema all plays well good sound qualtiy etc,

 

BUT i found out my ROG ASUS VII RANGER doesnt put out DTS or DOLBY DIGITAL via optical and i dont know why ...

 

This picture is my amp if its on my pc in Assetto Corsa (wich has Dolby)

Does anyone know how to "force" my SupremeFx to encode DTS and send it to my decoder via optical cable?
