Larger GIF's in TeamSpeak3

Does anyone know how to get larger the 300x300 GIF's working in TS3? Also a larger then 200kb gif? This would help with the TS3 server I admin, a lot of people who are on it would like this including the owner but as of yet I have found nothing that will allow it.

look for "i_client_max_avatar_filesize" and up the value for all your server groups.

but 300x300 is a set rule i believe.
