Cleaning a Write Protected USB?

Hey guys, I managed to get my hands on about 30 Windows 8.1 USB drives from Dell; just one issue, they're all write protected, so I can't seem to reformat them. I've tried using Disk Manager and Diskpart to reformat/clean them into something useful, but no matter what I do, I can't get around the fact that the USB is write protected. I was just wondering if anyone knew anything I could do to reformat these things.
