PC won't turn on

Recently, my PC has been black screening often, and had many crashes. But, today, it all happend. My PC won't turn on if I press the button :L

When I press the button to turn it on, what happens is that my GPU's LED turns on, but my case fans aren't spinning at all, and no display.

 

Does anyone know what could cause this?

Turn off your PSU for a few minutes and turn it back on. Then try and turn the system on.

Bad mobo or PSU by the sound of it. But, it could be some simple problem.

So that means it's not a safety feature that has been tripped.

You're most likely looking at a dead motherboard.

Weird thing is, now it turns on. But, after a while, I get a black screen and have to restart
