Which GTX 980 ti to buy?

Hi, I'm building a new computer and am getting a GTX 980 ti. I know it's superficial but I would love for it to match a blue and black theme. I'm looking for power, speed but also low noise production. What do you think is the best card to get (i.e asus, msi, evga etc.) and if it matches the theme, bonus points.

Thanks a lot

From what I've seen the external party, overclocked cards aren't much more than the standard 980 ti

Custom 980Ti´s are way faster than a Reference Card.

yeah, hybrid isnt the absolute best, but you want quiet and black/blue, so its a very quiet black card

wth a 980ti budget, that doesnt make a big impact
