"Network protocols missing on this computer" what happened ?

Hello guys, has there been an update to network protocols or is this due to Windows 10 updates or is this pure random stuff ?

Anybody knows ? This happened for the first time ive been with my ISP for over an year with same router so im very curious. It cant be router's fault.

Switching my router on/off helped as it does many times if i randomly lose connection.

 

Connection: 200mbps / 12mbps 5Ghz wifi

LP 16gb, GPU - MSI GTX 1060, PSU - CXM 600, Storage - Evo 840 120gb, MX100 256gb, WD Blue 1TB, Cooler - Hyper Evo 212, Case - Corsair Carbide 200R, Monitor - Benq  XL2430T 144Hz, Mouse - FinalMouse, Keyboard -K70 RGB, OS - Win 10, Audio - DT990 Pro, Phone - iPhone SE
