Good, though the 970 is undercutting performance and the 5930K is also a little overkill, just for more pci lanes and 0.2 ghz more...

This build is made because everyone sees your instructions and refuses to follow them, instead doing it their own way. I have crammed in some of the best performing parts for you budget, and I literally only just realised that the whole build is a blackout build, if you don't include the slight red accent you will see on the GPU through the window. 

 

The parts I have chosen are mainly for trustworthiness (tried and tested), reliability (especially as I've gone air over watercooling) and maximum levels of silence (cooler is very quiet and so is the Strix GPU)
