Can I use monitors imported from the US?

Hello! So I'm looking to import an Ultra-wide LG monitor from Amazon US because It's cheaper even with shipping but there's one thing that worries me. Voltage differences. Will it work in European countries? I once bought a Wii adapter from Amazon US and ... it blew up (>.<) and I don't want that to happen again. Here's the spec sheet It does mention things about power input.
