Screen flicker

ScottWood

Hi,

I recently update my display to a acer x34 with freesync (3440X1440) since then I have been having issues with my computer. In game sometime the screen will flicker and then the game will crash I have no idea what’s causing this they only thing I can think of is that its not enough power.

My system is

R9 295x2

AMD FX 8350 (upgrading to skylake end of this month)

Kraken x61

Asus crosshair V formula z

16 GB corsair vengeance ddr3 1600mhz

Evga supernova 1000W ( is this enough)

Corsiar 780t

Amd r7 240gb SSD

WD Black 4tb

What do you think?

the 1000W psu will definately be enough for your power...

If the game only crashes while under freesync, then it might be the cause of the issue, plus the 295x2 inherits a large number of problems from crossfire in the first place...
