almost certainly, but probably on low, maybe medium.

Yes you can.

 

Don't expect high settings, probably some mixture of low/medium will work.

 

Basically, you can play it at the same graphics quality as a console, but much better resolution, and much higher fps.

my 270 can run it @ 1080 high 60fps with minimal dips, so you could almost certainly run it at 1080 medium with some of the eye candy turned down a little.
