Cheap graphics card

Go to solution Solved by MDPS,

GTX750Ti I'd say.

Ok so recently I moved over to PC from xbox and I built a pretty decent rig that can play most games on max, its not the best but it will do for now. Im now facing the problem that my friend wants to be able to play with me on pc but he doesnt have a very high budget, he has a computer which I believe should be able to cope playing most games and he doesnt mind what quality he plays them on but he needs a better graphics card as he currently has a gt 210 :/ I cant remember the specifics of his build but it used to be mine so its a 3.2 ghz amd processor (fm2) 4gb DDR2 Ram, 300W budget psu (can fix that) and a gt210. So im looking for a decent Graphics card for under  $150 that can run games at a decent quality

maybe get a GTX 950. the MSI one is about 160/170 bucks on newegg. it's a bit over budget, but it should be enough to atleast play all the latest games.

i have a GTX 750Ti myself, and it too plays most newe games at low to medium settings on 1080P. tough this card is quickly becoming obsolete.

What games? A 7770 can handle most games at 1080p with medium/high settings with filters turned off. they go for around $55. Step it up to a 7950 and you can easily find one for around $140-160. Newegg is selling refurb sapphire models for $150 straight:

Are you sure you're going for USD?
