Hi Guys & Girls,

As my wife and friends really don't get the PC modding thing i felt i needed to show my new build off to some people who give a crap.  :D

There are still a few bit to upgrade/change for me to be happy, I want to change the Rubber corners on my 6 LTT Noctua fans to white (Hurry up Noctua) and get some white RAM. I have some clear acrylic cable combs on way so that will clean them up a bit and hopefully catch the different lighting effects from the Hue+. GPU will wait till Nvidia's new chipset.

I did have a sag of about 10mm on my GTX 670 GPU and was trying to find a solution with threaded bar and nuts but looked crap even when painted black to match. Spent about 2 days looking around the house and at work for some thing 90mm high that would look OK in my case to no avail. That evening my lovely wife presented me with this Star Wars New Order Stormtrooper PoP Head for my desk, Low and behold when you Squish the little buggers head down he is 90mm. He is now doing his part like a champ.

Please Comment on your likes and dislikes and always open to suggestions.

Thanks and hope you like it.

Note for NZXT Kraken x61 owners

I also had my NZXT Kraken x61's LED stuck on red and could not get it to change colour, looked all over the web but could not find the solution. Reinstalled the software but that didn't fix it. By chance i was looking at the CAM Notifications and the issue was caused by the default Liquid Temperature Notifications set to 30 degrees C. Once you raise the temp or turn the notification off the LED will allow you to change colour of LED.

Looks beautiful.

I love the idea with the Storm Trooper figure. :)

Just looked at your build.... i will need to up my game  .

You have given me ideas:

Paint Current GPU back plate and fan cover white and SSD white

Get some white back plates.

Stickers or plate to cover Phanteks logo (not sure with what yet)

KustomPC uk do a custom sticker for glass that makes it look etched might have to do that.

Want a I/O cover for rear but not sure where to start there as its as tight as a nuns.....

Thank you. But the pictures you've seen are a bit old. Currently I have a LianLi PC08 case and not the Corsair Air 540 anymore. Right now I'm sleeving some cables for my three Samsung 850 Evos and for my D5 pump. So there is still a lot to do. :P
