Hi guys. I was wondering if there is and audio mixer which would take its input from the PC and output it to all sorts of devices connected?

I have few sets of speakers , headphones and other audio output devices but the PC wont output to all of them at once.

Any ideas / reccomendations ? Will the simpliest audio mixer work?

Just normal audio jack 3.5mm and the basic Guitar cable

You need to tell us exactly how many devices you have and what connectors they use. Mixers/interfaces can output two, four, six, eight, or sixteen outputs, and those can be either XLR, line, or coaxial.

I don't know anything about DACs, or if any of them reasonably priced can accept 8 or more inputs. So I can only speak for audio interfaces, which are integrated with microphon preamps.

Does each pair of speakers use a single jack or two jacks?

If they need a single jack, then this would be a relatively fine option under a budget: http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/FCA1616

If they need two jacks, then you could buy two of that interface and connect them together with S/PDIF.

If you have a larger budget, this option will potentially give you better reliability and better converters.

Look for how many analog outputs an audio interface has. That's the kind you need.
