In cinebench .12 points more is quite the difference considering the 4130 is sometimes more money. 

 

4460 can be had for as low as 120$ sometimes. 20$ extra on the RAM can make a world of difference

 

$60 is what was expected for 8GB 1600MHz RAM a few months ago.
