I have the 2gb 960....Wish I got the 4GB now... I would not recommend that card with the low VRAM..

i mean for gaming i7 is unnecessary and this one at least has a decent quality psu. and 16gb ram as games use way more ram now @Swegly

You should get an I5 4690 k if you are using this PC for gaming, the 4790 k will really only gain you 4-7 FPS. 
The money you spend on getting the 4690k can get you a better GPU that will give you way more FPS.
