Gigabyte R9 270X - cant set voltage

Hi all,

I have problem with ovecloking this GPU. Without setting higher voltage i got to +80 on core and +160 on memory. Then driver starts to crash. So as usually i tried to set higher voltage. But here is my problem: In MSI Afterburner (and all others programs) i cant set the voltage. Itried those programs: MSI Afterburner, ASUS Gpu Tweak, OC guru II and even OverDrive in Radeon driver. But i cant set voltage in any of them. 

 

So my question is: How can i enable voltage controll ? Its possible that i have dissabled voltage controll in GPU BIOS ?

 

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64Bit

MB: ASUS M5A97 R2.0

GPU: Gigabyte R9 270X Windforce (GV-R927XOC-2GD)

CPU: AMD FX 6300

having a similar problem with a 370 as well.

So i was searching on internet and i found out that some WF cards are locked -_-. I guess i am the "lucky" one.
