ASUS GTX 970 Screen Flickering or Blinking [Latest Driver]

Hello,

 

I'm facing flickering issue with my GTX 970 from Asus. Since 359.00 and current is 359.06. 

 

I tried changing HDMI Cable, Changing PCI Slot, Deleting stupid Softwares, Cleaning GPU by blowing slow air, Downgrading to 353 and 355 versions.
