Video Rendering with Adobe Premiere Pro

Hi guys, I have a simple question, why Premiere Pro don't use all my CPU to render faster. I have the lastest Premiere Pro and drivers. I really don't understand, this is a waste of time for me. I have AMD FX-8300 4.3 Ghz, motherboard Gigabyte 990XA-UD3. Any help will be very useful. Thank you!
