Headphone Upgrade from G430

I have a logitech 7.1 g430 gaming headset right now, and the sound kinda sucks lol, and I have nothing else to buy this christmas so was looking to upgrade. My budget will be around $200 and under but id like to spend around $120 if possible, what headset with a mic or without if sound is great would be good for gaming and listening to music. Id like to be able to listen to my phone also although if they sound a little crappier without an amp is fine. 

 

I was looking at the Sennheiser 558s for a possible solution, what would you guys reccomend? Also i enjoy a good amount of bass

And it's heaps and bounds better than my previous headset (g430)

Well there has been plenty of 558 fakes going around at the moment. If you plan on purchasing one then be extra careful when purchasing one.

 

Also i recommend slapping a mod mic to it.

I even found them near my local store selling for around $150.

It seems like it was just Sennheiser screwing themselves internally, never mind the fakes. And also it was for the 598se .
