At this point I'm not offering any advice until:

1. I get system specs

2. What are the error codes on the blue screen?

3. Any recent software installations, driver upgrades, hardware upgrades, power surges, system changes...?

4. What OS is this?

5. It you could take a picture of the blue screen. That might be even better! :)

I try to answer the best I can.
