USB problems :\

Hello, I recently had some really strange problems with my USB, the folders I had in there were put in unknown folders,and some files were lost,but not all of them.

Anybody can help me?

Which kind of media device are you using to store your files?

Well first, what are you referring to? A USB Flash Drive? USB Hard Drive?

It's a Verbatim 16GB kinda old flash drive.

If the contents of your pendrive are (creating shortcuts of them) or (getting placed in a new folder),u mostly likely have virus on ur pendrive...

But my antivirus (AVG) says it is OK,also I hav used USB fixer which helped a bit but still a lot of files like pics or installers are missing

Hmmmm. Try using a different usb drive, transfer the same files over to it (to test) and see if thats the culprit (you may have a faulty drive).

I transfered my files completely to my pc,but no results and I can't find another USB for now, but also it seems like it has deletet those files not only hidden them,there is too much free space.
