Counter Logic Gaming for NA because of Doublelift and Aphromoo. Link is pretty good, too.

SK Telecom T1 just for the sheer skill and ability. Faker is always one to watch!

TSM and pre-split EG (CLG.EU)

TSM due to their dominance in S2 and I just liked them overall, also my favourite player is definitely Dyrus.

EG(CLG.EU) cool bunch of guys, have been together for so long, played so well and that epic comeback against M5 (GMB now)

For the US teams: TSM

EU: Alliance(I am kinda sad considering how bad they are doing) and Fnatic.

See my favourite team is EG, because I'm a bit of an EG fanboy. Again, they're doing poorly.

 

Look at the Starcraft divisions of those teams though, it's clear where their focus is:

EG has Jaedong, widely regarded as one of, if not THE best Zerg player in the world right now, who was also one of the most dominant Brood War players.

Alliance has. well had rather, NaNiwa, the only non-Korean who racked up enough WCS points to play the Global Finals at BlizzCon. Except he kinda announced his retirement after IEM today
