it one beep and it seams to be random

When?  While it's running or before it turns on?

Is it just "out of the blue" or is it when you try to click/hit a key?

yes it just :out of the blue" it just beeps wen ever i have restared my computer more den once and updated every thing

So just confirming that it is doing it while you are doing stuff, and not right when it restarts... If it beeps right between shutting down and starting back up that's normal.

yes that is right

well damn, then I'm out of ideas.  A beep on startup is normal and a beep while using it if you just clicked/hit a key could just be the sound effect for saying "you can't do that", but I've never heard of random beeps during use... Can you tell if it's coming from the computer speaker or your regular speakers?

well, the hardware is definitely upset about something but like I said, unfortunately I'm out of ideas of what it could be.  I could recommend running a series of diagnostics on RAM, HDD, etc. to try to find a hardware issue but we don't know if that's even the problem.

well, crystal disk info for the drives, MEMTEST for the RAM (that can take a very long time)...  I don't think there's anything wrong with the CPU or GPU so stress tests there probably won't reveal anything, but you could try any of the programs Linus and the group uses for that.  Honestly, it's a long shot overall.  How often do they occur, on average?  a few minutes?  a few hours?  If it's not too long between, you could try booting an ubuntu live USB and letting that sit for a while.  If it still beeps, it's most certainly hardware and you might want to take it to a place to get checked.  If it stops beeping, it's windows that is messed up and you may just need to reinstall.

thank you for the test and the help.the beeps seam to happen wen ever but wen it does beep it beep every few minutes  and just stop for how ever long

I just remembered something from way back... again a long shot but could you grab any kind of temperature checking tool (HWmonitor for example) and just lave it open for a while, and when it is beeping, check the temps.  It could be a high temperature alarm

hm, it looks like it could be starting to show its age.  Say, do you keep your computer on most of the time?  Only 93 starts in almost 14000 hours runtime means it was on (on average) for over 6 days at a time, every time.  Try running a checkdisk on the partition of some kind to see if any data corruption has occurred.

ya i do keep it on most of the time

Well it could be that the computer is trying to warn you of an issue with it. Could you try unplugging it temporarilly and running the machine for a while to see if it still beeps?
