Screen Resolution Problems...

Hey guys, 

I just got a new laptop, and for some reason, when I run certain applications, it seems as if it is not running at 1920x1080. My laptops native resolution is 1920x1080. Ill attach a screenshot so you can see what I mean...

As you can see, steam is way more pixelated than chrome.
