My house a couple different rings downstairs is where we have the router and modem and we want to have powerline upstairs and in a shed outdoors which are all connected to different rings through our fuse box will it work fine or will i run into issues?

I'm not sure what Rings are for power ... Never heard that term.

In order for two powerline adaptors to talk to each other, they need to be on the same power phase. In thr US, normally houses have two phases. In a breaker box, all even rows of breakers are one phase, and all odd rows of breakers are the other phase. The two room's breakers need to be both even or both odd for conventional powerline to see each other. If the two rooms aren't on the same phase, you can hire an electrician to swap things around.

Homeplug AV2 (specifically version AV2 not AV) can also use the ground wire to connect, which insome houses does allow you to communicate between the two phases.
