BSOD in random intervals because of Logitech drivers

First off, hardware specs:

Intel i7 4770(non k)

MSI R9 280X 3GB Edition

MSI H81M-P33

Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB

HyperX Fury Black DDR3 1x8GB @1600Mhz

Peripherals:

Shitty nonamer brand mouse and keyboard

Logitech G430 Headset

So, the thing is, I have been getting this BSOD at random times, not necessarily while gaming. It has happened on windows 8.1 before, not happening on windows 10. The error code is 3b, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION(ladfGSRamd64.sys). It appears to be a Logitech driver. I have contacted Logitech support but got a most probably automatic message sayingn the BSOD wasn't because of the driver, and there may be something wrong with my motherboard drivers. Can anyone here help? I can provide any further information needed. All responses appreciated.

yes a usb headset and yes I saw that as well but I checked all my drivers and they all seemed up to date. What do you need me do at this point?

also, in one thread(http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/24602-bsod-when-playing-mw2-bf3-etc.html) the guy said he found out the issue was his ram, how can I find out if this is the case, and how can I prove it to the retailer so I can get it changed if it is the problem?

Run MEMtest on it. If I am correct, all BIOSes come with MEMtest. Make sure that it checks thoroughly.

Brah, do you even Java?

so windows memory test, or whatever it is called, did not find any fault.  Though when I was in 8.1, the issue occcured much more often than now. For now, I see it like 2 times a month tops. Used to be couple times a week at least. And I haven't had the bsod since like a week, maybe the bios update i did today solved it, will update this thread if it occurs again, thank you for your efforts
