Bios help

Hi guys I've just built my first pc with the following parts asus z170 deluxe motherboard, gtx 980ti g1 gaming , i7 6700k, 850 evo ssd, RM850i psu. When I turn the system on it posts but I cannot enter the bios. It shows the q code 99 and the boot device led is on. How do I fix this please help
