Need a quite fan solution

I have two 120mm case fans but my only issue is when I load anything up the fans go nuts and are really loud. I saw theses http://www.ncix.com/detail/cooler-master-r4-l2r-20-120mm-red-26-54352-1259.htm and people said they are quite

 

The fans need to be red or have red led's and somewhat quite. These are pretty cheap but idk if you guys think they are decent or not. I know very little about fans and stuff so I am looking for a bit of help

suxs that the noctua aren't red for you because they are the best fans in term of performance.

get linus fans if you can get them

I'd recommend the bitfenix --> http://www.ncixus.com/products/?usaffiliateid=1000031504&sku=66095&vpn=BFF-LPRO-12025R-RP&manufacture=BitFenix they're 19ish db, and red led, etc. In all, they're quite quiet
