Can we narrow it down

So after I built my budget computer yesterday. I got really bad coil whine from the gpu. I have mailed it out for hopefully an rma. But now i also hear the coil whine although it is very quiet its still annoying. I hear it when im on load. Say if i just play STALKER CoP i cant hear it. However if im in a skype call and play it then i can hear it. Any ideas on how to narrow down the source even more? I think it could be my psu but I have no way of testing it though

When the coil is loud during load can you put your ear next to the computer so you can find the general area it's coming from?
