Rebuilding home server

Hey im in the planning process of rebuilding my server to fit my current and future needs better and could use some help and advice in which hardware and software i choose.

 

The current hardware i have is the following

 

Case:

Fractal Design Array R2 Mini ITX NAS case

 

PSU:

Fractal Design 300 Watt Power supply supplied with the case

 

Motherboard:

Intel Server board S1200KP

 

CPU:

Intel Xeon E3-1225

 

Ram:

1x2GB stick

 

HDD:

1TB WDD Green

 

The software i use at the moment is

 

OS:

Ubuntu server 10.04

 

Webbased administration:

Webmin

 

Mediaserver:

Twonkyserver

 

 

The uses i want from it is as i'm writing this

Network storage

Media server

FTP server

 

 

So i believe i need to upgrade it with at least a GFX card, a raid card and a new case so i can get it to work like i want to.

 

But feel free to ask questions to better help me out in my project here

Forgot to mention that i plan on putting the OS and similar programs on a small SSD and using regular HDDs for storage.
