SO a few hours ago i landed in the UK

 

And i have serious Jetlag any help on how to cure it~ xD

Just force yourself to stay awake by any means possible, and when night time comes in the new timezone pass out from complete exhaustion, wake up good as new. I travel internationally a lot, this is my solution.
