Does anyone know what is causing this problem or knows a solution please?

When does this pop up? Randomly? While playing a game?

When does this pop up? Randomly? While playing a game?

 

It happened a few minutes ago when I launched Steam, but sometimes it'll happen when Windows launches, or when I launch Google Chrome. Could happen during a game or while I'm watching a movie.

open cmd as administrator

sfc /scannow

Sorry... I wish there was something that triggered it so the problem was easier to fix.
