In looks, sound quality, etc. etc. Basically, in everything.

 

But since you are looking for wireless only, you are left with the G930/933 or the Skullcandy PLYR.

 

The Astro A50 is the only wireless headset I've heard worth anything, but they still don't hold a candle to good pair of wired headphones, and the build quality... Well, Astros feel like cheap plastic crap.
