The problem I'm having is even though I had many suggestions given to me about the right PSU for my planned build, I've heard some contradicting statements about the power supply's performance. Like I've heard the EVGA 500B and the CX 430M aren't that good but I've seen people use them for their own build. So what power supply should I get?

My specs

Intel i5 4590

MSI Z97i AC Mini ITX

Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866

Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM

EVGA GeForce GTX 960 2GB SuperSC ACX 2.0+

Thermaltake Core V1 Mini ITX

(See if you can keep it as cheap as possible and it doesn't have to be modular, Thanks)
