Odd graphics problem while booting

Hey guys I'm having this random problem for quite some time now. When I turn on the PC everything displayed on my screen is pushed off to the left and "cut" I can navigate the UEFI but I can't see it also the windows logo is pushed just the same way.After the logo is done loading everything is back to normal and the screen is fine.I wanted to ask if anyone has dealt with such problem and what might be causing it?
