Asus PG279Q....any issues?

jinroh10

I have been reading numerous issues with the new Asus PG279Q Swift and wanted to know if any of you have? I would love to buy one but would like to hear from actual gamers, from all the reviews I have read range from tremendous light bleed to different color issues. If you have purchased one of these please share you're story. Here is the link from Newegg customers. http://m.newegg.com/Product/Feedback?itemnumber=24-236-660

I'm guessing this may just be a defect in the first few batches, so hopefully they fix the cause sometime soon as I'm also really interested in getting one.

We could only hope this is the issue with the first batch.

Im in the same boat! Going to wait it out for a bit longer but if the issues still continue, I'm just going to get another pg278q and call it a day. Some good deals showing up. IPS would be a pluss but honestly the TN of the Swift has never bothered me.
