What is the most "quietest" power supply you know?

Doesnt have to be modular but 600w +

seasonic would be my bet but i honestly have no personal idea as i have only used 1 thermaltake psu

My XFX XTR has a setting that keeps the fan off during idle, can barely hear it even when it is on anyway
