New laptop

Hey guys, I am looking for a new laptop that hopefully is either convertible or can detach from the keyboard. I need it to run a full version of windows and have at least 2 USB ports. I want to be able to do my audio work on it (Hence the 2 USB ports) but also be able to take it to school and do work there. My budget is around $200 but I can do more but no $1,000 laptops. I was looking at a used Surface Pro 2.. Also storage does not matter (Hence the other USB port) but I want 4GB of ram at least. If I can't get a laptop that is Convertible or Detachable that's fine.
