I would suggest getting some kind of racing simulator setup or flight sim depending on whether you like racing games or space/flight games more. Plus, you'll want that for if/when you get a VR headset. It sounds like you get all the latest tech so I'm sure you'll be getting an Oculus Rift or HTC Vive and a Logitech G27/G29 or a HOTAS would be a HUGE plus in VR. Not to mention it's fun as hell right now. It's also a blast at parties. Drunk F1 racing never gets old haha. I found a G27 + a playseat used on craigslist for $230 and I love it.
